All Sales Are Final (Custom & Digital Products)

Due to the nature of our work, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized items

• Digital downloads (including activity books, comics, and printables)

• Limited-edition or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will:

• Replace the item OR

• Issue a refund (if replacement is not available)

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

For eligible non-custom products:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our end.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

• Delays caused by carriers
